Ken Anthony
Ken Anthony advises manufacturers, property owners, investors and professional-services firms on complex industrial assets and manufacturing facilities.
AIndustrial Strategy is shorthand for Anthony Industrial Strategy—a founder-led practice shaped by Ken’s direct experience and technical-commercial judgment.
His work integrates engineering, manufacturing operations, infrastructure, capital planning and commercial real estate to support decisions involving acquisition, consolidation, adaptive reuse, shutdown and disposition.
Ken’s career spans advanced manufacturing, aerospace, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, semiconductor, biologics, food production and other highly engineered facilities. Earlier in his career, he supported 42 Space Shuttle missions with Lockheed Space Operations Company at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center and later held senior project and program leadership roles with organizations including CH2M Hill.
Ken also serves as Executive Director of the Board of Experts at Binswanger, where he leads strategy and technical diligence for advanced-manufacturing assets. AIndustrial Strategy is a separate advisory practice. Brokerage and other regulated services, when required, are separately structured and disclosed for each engagement.
